Activator Methods

We begin by analyzing how well your spine moves. We test how well you turn and bend. While you’re lying face down, we’ll evaluate the length of your legs. This simple procedure can reveal significant differences in leg lengths.

Active Release

I’ll use my hands to evaluate the texture, tightness and movement of muscles, fascia, tendons and ligaments. If scar tissue is present, I’ll be able to feel it because it will be preventing soft tissues from moving properly.

Therapeutic ultrasound uses high-frequency, inaudible sound waves to treat a variety of soft tissue injuries. Ultrasound is applied using a round-headed wand or probe that is placed in direct contact with your skin.

P.N.F. is an extremely effective stretching technique targeting any tight muscle in the body and it is very effective form of flexibility training for increasing range of motion. PNF stretching is mostly utilized to relax the muscles that are in acute spasm.

Myofascial Release is a hands-on, whole-body approach for the evaluation and treatment of pain and the restoration of motion. This involves muscles and the connective tissue (fascia) that holds your entire body together.
